Good day.
By the end of the year, we need to carry out a full renovation of a 59 m² apartment in Vilnius, Justiniškės district, in a monolithic (concrete) building.
The renovation will be done in stages.
Stage 1 (April–May)
Complete renovation of the bathroom (approximate area — 2.5 m²).
Scope of work:

Remove old tiles from the walls and floor (without removal/disposal of debris).
Dismantle the old plastic triangular bathtub (without removal/disposal).
Apply waterproofing, lay floor tiles and wall tiles in the shower area.
Install and connect the new shower cabin.
Prepare the remaining walls for painting.
Paint the ceiling and the remaining part of the bathroom.

Materials:
We need consultation and additional approval on materials.
Preliminary preferences (budget-friendly and simple options):

Floor — the simplest tiles, size 60×60 cm or any other size that is cheaper and easier to work with.
Walls in the shower area — tiles 120×60 cm or any other size that is cheaper and easier to install.
No special leveling is needed — it is enough to thoroughly remove the old tiles together with the adhesive.
Ceiling — wash off the old paint and apply new paint. No leveling required.
