Buvau sumušta sūnumi žiauriai mano skundas atmestas o vyksta teismasnuo 2023 metų kad aš sumušiau sūnų, pavoge sūnus mano turtą, per teismą gavau uzufrukto teisės į namą bet sūnus nedfuoda ramiai gyventi, užieina į namą kada aš įšvykstu, pripila į maistą į kambarinės gėlės chemikalų, atjunge vandienį, pavoge konteinerius šiukšlėms ir t. t.

Su žmona planuojame skirtis. Turime bendrą būstą su paskola. Sutartyje abu esame bendraskoliai. Tiek aš, tiek žmona abu norime pasilikti gyventi būste, kad kitas išsikraustytų. Kokias turiu opcijas? Kadangi paskola iš luminor ir tik aš esu luminor klientas, beveik du metus moku paskolą vienas, žmona prisidėdavo kitaip, buityje. Skyrybų priežastis buvo rastos intymios žinutės jos telefone su bendradarbiu.

Hi, I have request for assistance to receive help, and knowing more about my rights. regarding the suspended driving license for violation of traffic low, due to driving after drinking with the alcohol level of 0.84.
Sadly the first time doing such a mistake in my life become the last time I want ever doing it again. And now I am left with a suspended driving license since the 1st of May. But I have an old mom and dad which are financially and physically dependent on me. Plus impact on my work which due to the distance my house has to the city (vilnius r). Will be extremely impacted by this decision. I do understand the consequences of my action, but I would like to know, what are my rights to decrease the punishment over this one time mistake. plus How can I raise this concern to the relevant institution to understand my situation and might be able to be partially forgiveness and help for that.

Pirkom baldą, kurio, dėl pakuotės dydžio, negalime įnešti į patalpą. Pardavėjas nesprendė mūsų problemos, kreipėmės į VVTAT, gavom nutarimą, tačiau jame įrašyta faktų neatitinkanti informacija (kad pardavėjas siūlė nemokamą įnešimo paslaugą, o mes atsisakėme). Pateikė neteisingą info dėl instrukcijos. Taip pat manau, kad VVTAT nutarime nepagrįstai sutapatino baldo matmenis su pakuotės matmenimis.

I have an issue with Artea bankas where I have been customer for over three years. I lived in Vilnius but have left Lithuania now. Then the bank decided to close my account by end of may.
But they blocked the access to my account by changing sign up codes without telling me, preventing me to get my money back. My smart id didn’t work anymore on their site. I called them multiple times, successtully identifying me, but it didn’t fixed the issue. I also emailed them a transfer application using their template but they didn't process it nor replied to me.
To finish the job before the account closes, I need to make two transfers, one now and one at the end of may / when a term deposit expires.
This bank is unhelpful and I need some help to get my money back.
