Really recommendable!! Took her classes for 3 month and felt already an improvment after the first 3 weeks. Really kind and patient and I felt like she always tried to take some time for individual Tipps and improvement. Depending on the Classes, equally balanced in strenuous exercises and spiritual guidance with an Incredible calming voice through the classes. My favorite yoga teacher so far!!
