I came to Dr. Urte’s therapy sessions with very little expectations or hopes that I will get better, but from my first session with her I started noticing very steady and permanent changes in myself; She created a welcoming judge free environment that helped me open up and made me feel safe with her. She has an amazing compassionate and insightful approach and she takes the time to really listen to me. She helped me get more confidence in myself, to notice unhealthy behaviour in myself and others, become more self aware and become accountable for my actions. She made me realise myself worth and thanks to her I am becoming healthy both mentally and physically. And one of the biggest things that I really appreciate about her, is that she cares, I feel that I am not just another number to her, she lets me feel that she knows my struggles and has empathy towards me, every session with her helps me become a better person.
