I was fortunate enough to start therapy with Urte in one of the darkest moments of my life, she helped me find my own voice, my truth, my inner strength. When I was lost in darkness the universe conspired and brought her into my life. They say when the student is ready the teacher is coming. I usually find my words easily but now I struggle because I don't know where to start and how can I pass on a message that would make her justice. Therefore, I will speak from the heart, I closed my eyes and I looked inside myself to find the best way in which I can pass on the message; in all the ways this incredible, amazing, angel of a woman impacted my life. Offered me the safe space to be myself, listen to me without judgement but with open heart and open mind and compassion. She was fair and truthful validated when I was right and called me on all my shortcomings when needed because that is the only way you can grow and heal, and did that with kindness. She has been a constant presence in my life for the last 4 years, because yes I have so much growth to do. I am in a different place in my life now than when I started working with her She helped me understand myself and others, she helped me survive, she helped me heal, she helped me live and now she helps me refine myself, enlighten myself... our sessions are so different now from when we first started. I was the wife of an addict, living in surviving mode; now even though the marriage has failed I have succeeded, I am no longer surviving, I am living and I would have "died" and be a shadow of myself many times without her.
